More Fitness Industry Stupidity...they're making it too easy

"Okay...here's my invention...take a square piece of wood and bend it. That's it. Pretty cool, huh?" Now we sell it as a "Revolutionary Fitness Product" and we'll make millions and millions of dollars.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when that conversation was going on about this product called the T-Bow. This piece of "Fitness Equipment" is as useless as a "Pet Rock". Maybe someone should put some wiggly eyes on it and stand it up in the corner.

I can't wait for someone to "invent" The Caveman Dumb Bell and just place a "rock" in a box and call it a revolutionary fitness product. Who is funding this garbage? Now I can see why we needed a 700 billion dollar bailout of the banks. It may have been because the stupidity is running rampant with venture capital money.

Fitness Expert Rocco Castellano Weigh's in on Dr. Siegal's "Cookie Diet"

Not one to be frightened by legal bloodhounds that have already sent two of my colleagues "cease and desist" notices. I decided it was time for me to weigh in on Dr. Siegal's "Cookie Diet".

As happenstance might have it I don't agree with what the "good" doctor is promoting but the reality is that his diet is not a scam. I personally don't think that it is the healthiest way to lose weight but I'll leave that up to you.

There is No End to the Fitness Stupidity...Kettlenetics WTF

Put a Hot Asian women with a 10 year old's voice and you get Michele Khai. Supposedly she is an International Fitness Authority that no one I know has ever heard of. This squeaky voiced "Fitness Authority" has decided to cash in on the Kettlebell craze by creating a program that has nothing to do with Kettlebells. She calls them KBells but they are so small that the movements seem insignificant.

Kettlebells are used to create resistance through full or semi-full body movement. The Kettlenetics program looks like something that 5 year old would do. Kettlebells this light could make a mouse sweat let alone a full grown women.

So called "International Fitness Authority" Michelle Khai shows off her Kettlenetics program.

...Well maybe not as stupid as the Hula Chair.

Please watch this video about the AB Solo. This thing reminds me of going to Dave & Busters...but oh that's right you're in a gym playing hoops will a medicine ball. Is this what the fitness industry has come down to...having to create a game like atmosphere to get people to do something. What's next...collect tickets and win the prize on the "Big Prize" shelf... or maybe Skeeball for shoulder workouts...and we can always bring back "Ring the Bell". I was really good at that. I am a huge fan of capitalism...HUGE FAN. Dr. Perricone has every right to sell anything he wants but I want you and the fans of the Oprah show to realize that because she has a huge audience it will be used to promote ...for a price... certain products. Dr. Perricone is bought and paid for by MonaVie as for the evidence shown here.

This is not a slam against Dr. Perricone or the Acai Berry, it is just a statemant to beware of the scams that come from the spoken word of a frequent guest on Oprah's Show.

Also MonaVie is not a scam! It is a legitimate company that makes a good product. I want you to be discerning when it come to the "Acai Berry Diet Cleanses" that are scams.
